The fan comes with a 153mm by 15mm spinner motor that can complete 184/86 rpm whether on high or low speeds. It also includes a 44-inch blade with 3 concave white blades all inclined at 14 degrees to provide optimum movement of air.

Without the light, the Minka-Aire F518-WH 44-inch uses about 40 watts providing airflow of 4600 CFM. It is an ideal fan that gives efficient airflow of 115CFM per watt, and also includes a 100 watts halogen bulb to provide enough light even behind the frosted glass or cap. In addition, it comes with an RC212 hand held AireControl remote system that offers forward and reverse control of the 3 speed fan.
